Public offer

The terms governing access to the Lemon AI service are set out in a public offer (публичная оферта). That document is published in Russian only, and the Russian text is the version that binds.

This page is a notice, not a translation. It does not replace the offer, and it does not create terms of its own. If you need the terms, read the Russian text — it is the agreement, and clause 17.1 of it provides that the relationship between the parties is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

What the offer covers

• Access to the service, and what each plan includes — sections 2 and 4.
• Price and payment: the period is paid in advance, and automatic renewal does not apply unless it is separately enabled — section 5, clauses 5.2 and 5.7.
• Acceptance of the offer, and how the contract is formed — section 3.
• What the AI does and does not guarantee — section 7.
• Suspension, termination and refunds — sections 11 and 12.
• Liability, force majeure, and how disputes are handled — sections 13 to 15.

A Russian-language contract is the operative document for a service operated in the Russian Federation. An English translation that no lawyer has reviewed would be a second set of terms competing with the first, so there is not one here.
