Cookie Policy

This document is a courtesy translation. The Russian version is the operative one; where the two differ, the Russian text prevails.

1. General

This Policy describes how cookies and similar technologies are used on lemonai.ru (the "Site"), operated by Индивидуальный предприниматель Курицын Алексей Дмитриевич (the "Operator").

It forms part of the Personal Data Processing Policy and applies alongside it. Matters not covered here are governed by that Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over a period of time.

Where cookies allow a natural person to be identified directly or indirectly, they are personal data and are processed under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

3. Categories of cookies used

• Strictly necessary — these keep the Site working: remembering your chosen language, maintaining a session, protecting forms against duplicate submission. The Site cannot function correctly without them.
• Functional — these remember your preferences, such as information panels you have dismissed, so they are not shown again.
• Analytical — these collect aggregated visit statistics: visitor numbers, referral sources, pages viewed. The data is used to improve the Site.

4. Third-party services

The following third-party services are used for statistics and may set their own cookies:

• Yandex Metrica — a web analytics service provided by YANDEX LLC. It measures traffic and user behaviour on the Site.
• Vercel Analytics — a web analytics service provided by Vercel Inc. It collects aggregated visit information.

These services process data under their own privacy policies. The Operator does not pass them the personal data you provide voluntarily, such as your name, telephone number or email address.

The list of third-party services may change as the software used changes. The current list is always given in this section.

5. Legal basis

Personal data contained in cookies is processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent (art. 6(1)(1) of the Personal Data Law).

Consent is expressed by continuing to use the Site and by pressing "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you do not agree to the use of cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings or stop using the Site.

Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of the Operator’s legitimate interest in keeping the Site working and do not require separate consent.

6. Retention

• session cookies are deleted automatically when the browser is closed;
• persistent cookies are stored from a few days to several months depending on their purpose;
• analytical cookies set by third-party services are stored under those services’ own rules.

7. How to refuse cookies

You can disable or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings:

• Google Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data;
• Safari — Settings → Privacy;
• Mozilla Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security;
• Microsoft Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

Disabling strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the Site to work incorrectly.

8. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent to the processing of personal data contained in cookies by deleting the stored cookies in your browser settings and writing to alexy@lemonai.ru.

9. Changes

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at /en/cookies. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the document.
